Our pricing for the upcoming months is designed to offer competitive rates without compromising on the quality of your experience.
Minimum Stay
We have a two‑night minimum stay across all glamping units.
If you spot a single night showing on the calendar, it won’t be bookable online due to system settings, but if that’s the only date that suits you, please get in touch.
We can usually open up a one‑night stay for you manually, subject to availability.
Booking Information
You can book your stay easily and securely through our Anytime Booking system.
To confirm your stay, we ask for a 30% deposit on bookings of two nights or more (including two‑night stays).
If the deposit comes to less than £60, a minimum of £60 will apply instead. You’re always welcome to pay the full amount upfront if you prefer.
For stays of less than two nights, full payment is required when you book.
Please note that deposits are non‑refundable and non‑transferable, and any extras (like pet fees or firewood) are not included in the deposit amount.
The remaining balance is due 14 days before your arrival. You’ll receive a friendly reminder email 17 days before your stay, but it’s up to you to make sure the payment reaches us in time.
If the balance isn’t paid by the due date, the booking will be cancelled automatically, and your deposit forfeited.
Bookings made within 14 days of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking, and are non‑refundable once processed.
After your payment is received, we’ll send you a confirmation email with all your booking details, please check it carefully and let us know straight away if anything needs updating.

Dog-Friendly Accommodation: £20 per stay for extra cleaning (covers up to 2 pets for the entire stay)
Breakfast Pack: £25 Organic farm shop (breakfast for two, including bacon, sausages, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms, and eggs).
Vegetarian Breakfast Pack: £25 Meat-free (breakfast for two, including bacon, sausages, beans, tinned tomatoes, mushrooms, and eggs).
1 x Firewood Net: £15 (approx. 15 kiln-dried hardwood logs)
2 x Firewood Nets: £28 (approx. 15 kiln-dried hardwood logs)
3 x Firewood Nets: £42 (approx. 20 kiln-dried hardwood logs)
4 x Firewood Nets: £55 (approx. 15 kiln-dried hardwood logs)
Hot Tub Heating Service and 2 Firewood Nets: £45
We heat the hot tub for you so it is ready for your arrival. This service includes two 2 firewood nets, and we use one of these nets to heat the tub for you. Please tell us your arrival time so we can heat it at the right time.
Birthday Or Anniversary Banner: Complimentary service
Fresh Flower Bouquet: £40
Small Helium Balloons: £12 (includes two small helium balloons for birthday celebrations)
Helium Balloons in Large Number Shapes: £20 (please include the number you would like in the special requirements section when booking)
Instant BBQ Tray: £8 Includes a 1 x BBQ tray for use with the provided BBQ stand.
External Services
Bakes and Cakes: Pre-ordered for your special day! We collaborate with a wonderful local baker who can create a tray of brownies or a cake for a special birthday treat. Advance notice is required. Please email Helen to discuss your needs.
Dog Walking and Pet Sitting: If you need someone to look after your dog while you visit Longleat or enjoy a day out, our local dog walker and sitter, Dee, is available. She can pick up your dog and even provide a wonderful grooming service. Advance notice is needed. Please call to check availability
